Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tamedwild.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Subscription products and recurring orders

  • Consumable items, including (but not limited to) teas, herbs, oils, and apothecary goods

  • Antique or vintage items from the True Story Collection

These items are excluded due to their nature, hygiene standards, or uniqueness.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tamedwild.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
